Easter snow!!

This might be the view from my family's cottage this Easter weekend but I'm still thinking warm thoughts of summer and chilling on the dock with good friends and family.  We'll be entertaining our cottage guests with our NEW Baby Back Ribs with Louisiana BBQ Sauce. 

And because they are fully cooked and ready to go from the freezer to the BBQ we won't have to spend our precious warm weather time in the kitchen and something tells me this summer we're going to want as much sunshine and ribs as we can get our hands on!
