Dessert is a lovely thing but let's be honest...after a long day in the kitchen cooking your big holiday meal do you really have the stamina to whip up an awe-inspiring, show-stopping dessert? Chances are you are now comfortably seated around a table, glass of wine in hand and hopefully happily enjoying the evening, who wants to get up and cook or even final prep a dessert?
So to combat this make sure your menu includes a dessert that can be made the day before at the very least and ready to go. This recipe for Lemon and White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries is the perfect go-to. It has traditional Christmas colours, pillows of mousse reminiscent of snow and you can choose to make them in individual portions or as a larger dish to spoon out of.
