How To Set Up and Stock a Bar for a Home Party

Knowing how to set up your home bar for a party is essential in keeping your party flowing (pun intended).  A well thought out bar also makes it easy for guests to help themselves, giving the hostess one less thing to do.  I recommend though if you are having more than 30-40 people, a bartender is always a good option.  

When hosting a party I'm a big believer in keeping it simple!  Fewer varieties but volume high!  Again unless you have a bartender, mixing drinks can be a messy task for guests and invariably you can't stock everything so keeping it to beer, wine, and a specialty drink is a great option.
