Vegetable Strudel: A Vegetarian Dish You Can Serve Four Ways

As a mom, wife, and business owner I wear many hats so when it comes to dishes I like them to be able to do double and even triple duty on how I can serve them.  Our Seasonal Vegetable Strudel is a great example of this.  It's always been a hit on our catering menu for vegetarians as their main dish but this season we are suggesting it can do so much more for you. 

  1. Slice it into 4 and serve it on a bed of lightly dressed seasonal greens as a pretty first course.  
  2. Slice it into small squares and it becomes a savoury appetizer.
  3. Serve it sliced on a buffet table as a side dish
  4. As a beautiful main dish for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. (one of our strudels serves 2 as a main)
