Beef Stroganoff

Our new Beef Stroganoff is the perfect dish for these chillier nights.  Tender beef sirloin strips are sauteed with mushrooms and finished in a rich aromatic sauce with just the right tanginess of sour cream.  We suggest serving it over our Boursin Mash or with a side of Egg Noodles.

Available Serves 4 / 1.5kg and Serves 2 / 750g

Gluten Free

Ingredients: sirloin beef, mushroom, onion, beef stock, sour cream, gluten free flour, garlic, butter, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, pepper, salt

Instructions:  Fully cooked.  Thaw in fridge overnight.  Remove lid, tent with foil and reheat in a 350F oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
