Holiday Beef Bourguignon

Classic rich hearty French beef stew with red wine, mushrooms, carrots and pearl onions.  A decadent winter treat.  Serve over our Boursin Mash Potatoes or Yukon Gold Roast Potatoes.

Serves 6-8  Gluten Free

Ingredients: Beef, mushrooms, pearl onions, onions, beef stock, red wine, carrot, bacon, gluten free flour, garlic, parsley, herbs, spices, salt, pepper

Instructions:  Beef Bourguignon is fully cooked and frozen.  Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator 24 - 48 hours.  Preheat oven to 350F, remove lid, tent with foil and reheat in oven for 45-60 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
