Paella is a classic Spanish rice dish made in one pot with traditional flavours like shrimp, chorizo sausage and chicken! The trick to getting a paella just right is ensuring the rice becomes crispy, crunchy and slightly caramelized (just so you think we haven't scorched the rice!). We think we've nailed it! It's the perfect weeknight meal that is ready to thaw and reheat.

Ingredients: rice, shrimp, chorizo sausage, chicken thigh, celery, onion, peas, baby spinach, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sweet smoked paprika, pepper, salt, saffron
Heating Instructions: Paella is fully cooked. Best to reheat from thaw. Defrost in refrigerator 24-48 hours. Remove film from tray. Heat a medium non stick frying pan on the stove over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil. Empty paella into pan and reheat, stirring, for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave - remove film from tray and reheat in microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring half way through time.
