Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes


A classic side dish for any meal.  Roasted Yukon Gold potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.  Seasoned with spices and fresh herbs.  

Portion:  800g | Serves 4      400g | Serves 2

Ingredients - yukon gold potatoes, olive oil, paprika, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions - Potatoes are fully cooked.  Best results to thaw first.  Remove film from tray and place on a baking sheet.  Reheat in a 350F oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.  From frozen, increase time to 30-40 minutes.

Serving Tips:  Makes a great side dish to many of our mains such as Chicken Parmigiana, Pork Tenderloin with Apples, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts or Italian Meatloaf.
