This frittata (crustless quiche) is chocked full of ham, broccoli and cheese making it a big hit for weekend brunches or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients: eggs, ham, milk, broccoli, cheddar cheese, goat's cheese, onion, red pepper, spices, salt, pepper
Heating Instructions: Frittata is fully cooked. From frozen, remove lid and tent with foil. Place in a preheated 350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through. From thaw - follow above instructions but reduce reheating time to 15 minutes.
Serving Tips: Add a side of Sautéed Carrots and Baby Potatoes with Pesto for a complete meal.
