Classic Meatloaf

Customers raved about our Cabbage Roll filling so we decided to use it for our Class Meatloaf.  A triple blend of ground beef, veal and pork is used with a hint of spice and topped with our Marinara sauce.  Serve with a side of our Boursin Potatoes and Heirloom Roasted Carrots for a complete meal.

Ingredients:  beef, veal, pork, rice, vegetable stock, onion, garlic, parsley, butter, tarragon, thyme, spices, pepper, salt, Tomato sauce (tomato, onion, garlic, spices), mozzarella, parmesan 

Instructions:  Meatloaf is fully cooked.  Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Remove lid, tent with aluminum foil and place in a 350F oven for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.  OR cook from frozen as per above but increase reheat time to 60 minutes
