Sautéed Carrots

Bright and colourful carrots are lightly sautéed with fresh herbs and spices for a delicious side dish that compliments so many of our mains.

Portions:  600g | 3-4 serve  325g | 2 serve

Dietaries: Gluten Free | Vegan

Ingredients: carrots, olive & canola oil, garlic powder, nutmeg, parsley, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions:  Carrots are fully cooked. From frozen: Remove film from tray.  Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375°F/191°C oven for 30 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
From defrosted: Follow above instructions but reduce cooking time to 10-15
minutes on the center rack or until heated through.  OR empty carrots into a medium saute pan and reheat over low heat stirring frequently.
Do not exceed oven temperature of 400°F/200°C

Serving Tips:  Serve with any of our mains but especially great with Bacon Wrapped Mediterranean Chicken, or Italian Meatloaf
