Demi Glace Sauce


Demi-Glace is a rich beef sauce that is reduced to a glossy thick sauce - adding an unbelievable flavour to any meat dish!  Try it with our Beef Wellington or Tourtiere!

Ingredients: Water, Sherry wine, Soy sauce, Beef seasoning , Modified corn starch, Crushed tomatoes, maltodextrin, sherry wine solids, vegetable oil, Butter, Beef gelatin, Canola oil, Sugar, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Spices.

Heating Instructions:  Thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Empty sauce (it will be thick paste) into small saucepan and gently reheat over low heat on stove top, stirring occasionally.

Serving Tips:  Demi-sauce is a rich sauce so you only need a drizzle to go a long way!
