Baby Carrots with Garlic Ginger Butter


A fragrant spring side dish - baby peeled carrots with their bright green tops still on are lightly steamed and finished with a garlic, ginger and citrus butter.

Available in 2 serve and 4 serve

Gluten Free and Vegetarian

Ingredients: carrots, unsalted butter, ginger, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, lemon juice, herbs, salt, pepper

Instructions:  Carrots are fully cooked.  Defrost in refrigerator overnight.  Reheat carrots in a medium non stick pan over medium heat on stove top.  Stir occasionally to distribute butter sauce.  Reheat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
