Baby Potatoes with Pesto Sauce


A delicious side dish to so many of our main meals (see serving tips below).  Creamy mini potatoes are boiled and then mixed with our nut free basil pesto.

Portion: 800g | Serves 4    375g | Serves 2

Dietaries: vegetarian, gluten free

Ingredients: baby potatoes, pesto ( canola oil, parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, basil, parsley, garlic, water, salt, spices, concentrated lemon juice), salt, black pepper

Heating Instructions:  For best results, thaw before heating.

Microwave: Remove film from tray and transfer potatoes to microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway.

Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F/149°C.  Remove film from tray and place tray on a baking sheet.  Reheat in oven on middle rack for 20 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
