6" tortillas are stuffed with tender chicken thigh strips, red peppers, cheese and our homemade enchilada sauce. Then we top it with more sauce and cheese. Fully baked and ready to reheat from frozen. Simply add a salad and you have a great weeknight meal.

Heating Instructions - Enchiladas are fully cooked. From frozen, remove film from tray and place on a baking sheet. Reheat in a 350F oven for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
Serving Tips- Serve with a green salad. Option to top enchiladas with sour cream and guacamole
