Beef Pot Roast


A classic comfort winter dish.  We slowly braise beef chuck roasts in the oven for hours with a vegetable mixture of baby new potatoes,  carrots and herbs.  Finished with a gluten free beef gravy for a satisfying meal available in 2 sizes.  Pot roast is fully cooked, sliced thickly and ready to thaw and reheat in oven.

1.5kg (20oz of beef - perfect for 4 or hearty 3 serve)

750g (10oz of beef perfect for 2 or hearty 1 serve)

Ingredients:  Beef chuck roast, heirloom carrot, potato, beef broth, onion,  gluten free flour garlic, worcestershire sauce, butter, herbs, spices, salt, pepper

Instructions:  Best to reheat from thaw.  Thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Remove lid, tent with foil and place in a 350F oven for 25-40 minutes or until heated through.
