Beef Stroganoff


Beef Stroganoff is back on the menu and it's perfect dish for these chillier nights.  Tender beef sirloin strips are sauteed with mushrooms and finished in a rich aromatic sauce with just the right tanginess of sour cream.  

Portion:  1500g | Serves 4    750g | Serves 1-2

Dietaries: Gluten Free

Ingredients: sirloin beef, mushroom, onion, beef stock, sour cream, gluten free flour, garlic, butter, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, pepper, salt

Instructions:  Fully cooked.  Thaw in fridge overnight.  Remove lid, tent with foil and reheat in a 350F oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.  If reheating from frozen, follow above instructions but increase time to 60-75 minutes.

Serving Tips:  Serve over broad egg noodles or Basmati Rice
