Blueberry Lemon Scones


If you've ever woken up to the aroma of freshly baked scones then you know it's a great way to start your day! Our Blueberry Lemon Scones are packed with plump juicy blueberries and are perfect for breakfast, a snack or lunch.  Frozen and ready to bake.

Portion:  6 scones ready to bake

Dietaries:  Vegetarian | Contains gluten and dairy

Ingredients:  flour, buttermilk, blueberries, unsalted butter, icing sugar, honey, baking powder, lemon zest, lemon extract, vanilla extract, salt

Baking Instructions:  Remove from freezer and let thaw overnight in refrigerator or on counter for 1 hour (note scones will still be frozen).  When ready to bake, remove lid and remove scones to cutting board.  Cut scones along our pre-scored lines, place on a baking sheet 2" apart.  Bake on the middle rack in a preheated 350F oven for 25-35 minutes.

Serving Tips:  Scones are best enjoyed day of baking but can be reheated slightly in the oven the next day.  Serve as is or with a pat of butter and jam.
