Growing up, this sweet yeast bread (known as Hefezopf) was a treat that we had at Christmas and Easter morning. Studded with dried cranberries and raisins this loaf is braided before baking and then finished with a lemon icing sugar glaze. We feel you shouldn't have to wait until Easter or Christmas to enjoy so we are adding it to our menu line up now!

Ingredients: Flour, milk, butter, egg, sugar, raisins, cranberries, lemon zest, yeast, salt, lemon glaze (icing sugar, lemon juice)
Instructions: Thaw and enjoy.
Serving Tips: Enjoy it sliced, as is or toasted with jam and butter. Makes a great bread for French Toast.
