Cauliflower Gratin


A new side dish to compliment so many of our mains.  Cauliflower Gratin is a dish that the whole family will want to dig into.  Roasted cauliflower is topped with our made from scratch ooey gooey cheese sauce.  Simply pop it into the oven for a final bake to get that sauce melting and golden!

Ingredients:  Cauliflower, milk, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, unsalted butter, flour, spices, herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions:  Cauliflower is par-cooked.  From frozen, remove film from tray,  Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375F oven for 45-60 minutes or until cheese sauce is bubbly and golden.  If sauce becomes brown too quickly, cover with foil while it continues to bake.

Serving Tips:  Serve as a side dish with our Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts, Beef Wellington, Italian Meatloaf, or Chicken Parmigiana
