Ingredients: Chicken thigh and breast, long grain rice, broccoli, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, milk, cream, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, butter, flour, dijon, lemon juice, spices, herbs, salt, pepper
Heating Instructions: Best reheated from thaw.
From defrosted: Remove film from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350°F/177°C oven for 30-40 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
From frozen: Remove film from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350°F/177°C oven for 60-75 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
Do not exceed oven temperatures of 375°F/191°C
