Chicken & Leek Pie


New!  These Individual Chicken & Leek Pies are the perfect answer to winter's cold weather.  Traditional round 4" flaky puff pastry filled with the comfort flavours of chicken, leek and carrots.  Fully baked and ready to reheat from frozen or thaw.  Serve with a green salad and it makes a perfect weeknight meal.

Ordering tip:  4" in diameter they are filling but hearty eaters would eat 2 (ex. my husband and 19yo son devoured 2 and declared satisfaction! )

Ingredients – puff pastry, chicken, leeks, chicken stock, carrot, flour, garlic, butter, oil, spices, herbs, salt, pepper, egg, milk

Cooking Instructions – From frozen:  Remove outer wrapping but keep pie in aluminum base.  Place on a baking tray and reheat in a 375F oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.  From thaw: follow above instructions but reduce reheat time to 15-20 minutes.
