Chicken Supreme with Lemon Pan Sauce


Juicy 8oz chicken breast is pan seared for a crispy skin then finished in the oven with a light lemon herb pan sauce.  The leg bone is “frenched” for maximum presentation effects but the breast is boneless for ease of enjoyment!

Portion: 2 x 8oz breast (serves 2)

Dietaries:  gluten free

ingredients: chicken, olive oil, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, Pan Sauce (chicken stock, lemon juice, lemon zest, onion, gluten free flour, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper), lemon, parsley

Heating Instructions:  chicken is fully cooked. Best to reheat from thaw.  Thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Remove film from tray and cover with aluminum foil.  Place tray on a baking sheet and reheat in a preheated 375f oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with pan sauce.
