Holiday New York Style Cheesecake

A classic dessert for that doesn't require a lot of fussing with.  Simply thaw and top with your choice of 2 decadent toppings - Eggnog Caramel Sauce or Cranberry Raspberry Sauce.  Can't decide?  Pick up both and you'll be set for the holidays.  Each cheese cake will feed 6-8 guests.  

Portion:  7" round / 6-8 slice + choice of topping

Dietaries: Vegetarian

Ingredients:  Cake (Cream cheese, Sour cream, Sugar, Graham crumbs (flour, graham flour, sugar, palm oil, high fructose corn syrup, molasses, salt, sodium bicarbonate), Whipping cream, Eggs, Wheat flour, Canola oil, Vanilla,, Cinnamon.  Toppings - Eggnog Caramel (sugar, eggnog, water, spices, salt).  Cranberry Raspberry Sauce (cranberries, raspberries, strawberries, orange, maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, spices)

Instructions:  Cake is frozen.  Defrost in refrigerator to thaw overnight.  When ready to serve remove wrapping and top with selected topping.

Serving Tip:  When slicing the cake, keep it cold and wipe the knife between each slice to keep an even, neat slice.  Option to drizzle sauce over each slice or entire cake prior to slicing.
