Lemon & Garlic Pork Kebabs

Rounding out our summer Kebab series these Lemon Garlic Pork Kebabs stay juicy and tender on the grill.  2" pork cubes are marinated in our lemon garlic and oregano sauce then threaded onto 4 bamboo skewers.  4 skewers for a total of 1kg will easily feed your family of 4

Ingredients:  pork marinade (lemon juice, garlic, canola oil, oregano, parsley lemon pepper, pepper, salt)

Instructions:  Best to grill.  Thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Preheat a bbq or grill plate to high.  Remove from packaging and place kebabs on bbq.  Grill for a total of 12-15 minutes turning every 3-4 minutes to grill all sides - until internal temperature reaches 145F.  Remove from bbq and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
