Ingredients - turkey breast, bacon, butter, herbs, salt, pepper
Instructions: Follow our cooking times chart for best estimate, and be sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 170F before removing from the oven. Turkey breast is frozen. Remove from freezer 2 days prior to roasting. Remove lid, tent with foil and place in a 325F oven for 1.5 hours, basting with the juices at the bottom of the pan every 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue roasting uncovered for the 30 minutes. Roast until internal temperature is 170F. Remove from oven and let rest for 20-30 minutes prior to carving.
