Holiday Portobello Mushroom Wellington

A beautiful vegetarian entree - caramelized onions, kale, fresh herbs and juicy portobello mushrooms are wrapped in a flaky puff pastry shell.

Vegetarian - Serves 2

Ingredients: Filling (portobello mushroom, onion, kale, herbs, olive oil, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, Puff Pastry

Instructions:  From frozen, remove lid, tent with foil and bake in a 375F oven for 30 minutes, remove foil cover and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until pastry is golden.  Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing in 2 portions.
