A perfect winter side dish. We roast brussels sprouts with apples, pears and bacon bringing a savoury, sweet and salty taste to this dish. Fully cooked and ready to reheat from thaw.
Gluten Free / Serves 4-5 and Serves 2-3
Ingredients: brussels sprouts, apple, pear, bacon, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper
Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove lid and tent with foil, Reheat in a 350F oven for 10-20 minutes, or until hot, stirring occasionally.
Cook's Tip: To get a crispier roast, pour brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in one layer and roast as per above.
