Individual portions of this classic holiday mini cake ready to rewarm with accompanying Salted Caramel Sauce. Fragrant and warming on a holiday winter's eve.

Ingredients: Flour, dates, brown sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder, baking soda, Sauce (sugar, cream, butter, salt)
Instructions: Mini cakes are frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. To serve, place cakes on a baking sheet or in individual oven safe ramekins. Reheat in a 350F oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. While cakes are reheating, place sauce in a small pot and rewarm over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over warmed cakes just before serving.
