Sticky Toffee Puddings with Salted Caramel Sauce

A sumptuously dark, fluffy all-butter sponge cake made with dates, vanilla and a deliciously sticky salted caramel sauce.  We make these classic holiday desserts in individual size so no one can argue over who gets the bigger piece!

Ingredients: Flour, dates, brown sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder, baking soda, Sauce (sugar, cream, butter, salt)

Reheating Instructions:  Mini cakes are frozen.  Thaw in refrigerator overnight.  To serve, place cakes on a baking sheet or in individual oven safe ramekins.  Reheat in a 350F oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.  While cakes are reheating, place sauce in a small pot and rewarm over low heat, stirring occasionally.  Pour sauce over warmed cakes just before serving.

Serving Tips:  Add a scoop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
