A classic Quebecois holiday dessert made with brown sugar and cream traditionally known as Tarte Sucre.

8" / 6-8 slice

Ingredients:  Pastry (flour, butter, vegetable shortening, salt) Filling (brown sugar, cream, flour, egg, butter, cornstarch)

Instructions:  Pie is frozen.  Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator the day before you want to enjoy.

Cook's Tip - Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
