Boneless butterflied turkey breast stuffed with juicy turkey thigh. Rubbed with our fresh herb butter compound and ready to roast for 2.5 - 3hrs. Easy to carve, tender and moist - this turkey roll is the perfect solution to our smaller sized holiday dinners for 2020. Order a la carte or as part of our delicious Holiday Dinner Package for 8-10.
6-7lbs (all meat, no bones) - serves 10-12 easily
Ingredients - turkey breast, turkey thigh, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, rosemary
Instructions: Follow our cooking times chart for best estimate, and be sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 170F before removing from the oven. Turkey roll is frozen. Remove from freezer 2-3 days prior to roasting. Remove lid, tent with foil and place in a 325F oven for 2.5 - 3 hours, basting with the juices at the bottom of the pan every hour. Remove foil and continue roasting uncovered for the last hour. Roast until internal temperature is 170F. Remove from oven and let rest for 20-30 minutes prior to carving.
