Hungarian Beef Goulash
Hungarian Beef Goulash is a cozy, rustic stew filled with chunks of tender beef, savory vegetables, and fragrant spices such as paprika, ground caraway seeds and bay leaf. It's a family favorite cold weather comfort food, and absolutely delicious served over egg noodles or mashed potatoes!
Thaw and bake or bake from frozen.

Ingredients - Beef, carrots, potato, beef broth, tomatoes, onion, gluten free flour, spices, herbs, unsalted butter, pepper, salt
Heating Instructions:
OVEN METHOD:
From Frozen: Remove film from tray and tent with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet and reheat in a preheated 350°F/191°C oven for 75 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
From defrosted: Remove film from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375°F/191°C oven for 45 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
Do not exceed oven temperatures of 400°F/191°C
STOVE TOP METHOD:
From defrosted: Remove film from tray and empty stew into medium pot. Reheat over medium low on stovetop for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serving Tips: Serve with crusty bread, mash potato or noodles.
