Individual Chocolate Cake with Cranberry Raspberry Sauce (Vegan & GF)
This decadent chocolate cake is comprised of plant based ingredients and topped with a heavenly chocolate glaze. We add a side of our tart Cranberry Raspberry Sauce to drizzle all over for the ultimate dessert everyone will love. Oh and it's Vegan and Gluten Free!!
Portion: 2 x 30g cakes + 250ml sauce
Dietaries: Vegan + Gluten Free
Ingredients: Cake - Dark chocolate, Coconut milk (coconut cream, water), Sugar, Gluten free flour (white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, guar gum, sodium carboxy methylcellulose), Canola oil, Avocado, Cocoa powder, Baking soda, Salt. Sauce (cranberries, raspberries, water, maple syrup)
Reheating Instructions: Individual cakes and sauce is frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. To serve, place cakes on a plate and drizzle with sauce.
Serving Tips: Add a dollop of whipped cream (vegan or regular) or fresh raspberries if desired.
