Maple Butternut Squash with Cranberries & Pecans

A side dish that looks, smells and tastes like Christmas!  Fresh chunks of butternut squash are roasted with brown sugar, maple syrup, fresh cranberries and pecans.  An excellent side dish to any of our Christmas mains.

Portions:  4 serve (32oz)

Ingredients:  Butternut Squash, cranberries, pecans, maple syrup, brown sugar, olive oil, spices, sea salt

Heating Instructions:  Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Remove film from tray and place on a baking sheet.  Reheat in a 350F oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.  Do not exceed oven temperature of 400F.
