Pork Tenderloin with Apples


Whole Juicy pork tenderloin is dry rubbed with herbs and spices and oven roasted.  Comes with the perfect pairing of chunky applesauce with fragrant spices of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

Portions:  880g | Serves 2-3 (Full pork tenderloin)

Ingredients: pork tenderloin (paprika, thyme, salt, pepper), roma apples, onion, butter, apple juice, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, pepper, fresh thyme

Heating Instructions: Best results from thaw.  Pork is fully cooked.  Remove film from tray and tent with aluminum foil.  Place on a baking sheet and reheat in a preheated 325F oven for 15-20 minutes.

Do not exceed oven temperatures of 400F | 200C.

Serving Tips:  Pair with one of sides such as Potato Gratin and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples & Pears for a complete fall meal!
