Our Vegan Portobello Mushroom Wellingtons are just as impressive as our Beef Wellingtons.  A Moorish vegan mixture of portobello mushrooms, quinoa spinach and red pepper is encased in vegan flakey puff pastry.   Baked from frozen, they make the perfect holiday main for anyone - not just for vegans.

Ingredients: puff pastry (UNBLEACHED ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR, WATER, VEGETABLE SHORTENING (MODIFIED PALM OIL, CANOLA OIL, COLOUR, CITRIC ACID), MODIFIED PALM OIL, SUGAR, SALT, CANADIAN WHEAT GLUTEN, CALCIUM PROPIONATE, DOUGH CONDITIONER (WHEAT STARCH, CALCIUM CARBONATE, SILICONE DIOXIDE, L-CYSTEINE).) portobello mushroom, quinoa, onion, spinach, red pepper, olive oil, garlic, thyme, Dijon mustard, paprika, spices, salt, pepper, aquafaba 

    Heating Instructions: Remove Wellington from freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.  Preheat oven to 400F.  Remove film from tray and place wellington on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until golden.  If wellington begins to get too brown, tent with foil while baking.
