Slow Braised Pulled Pork with Louisiana BBQ Sauce (Serves 4)


We take our time slowly braising pork butts rubbed with a secret dry rub then finish them with our home-made smokey Louisiana BBQ Sauce to create an oh-so-tender dish!  Serve it on a bun, in a hard or soft shell taco, over rice, with a side of coleslaw or just on its own!  Fully cooked and ready to reheat from frozen or thaw and reheat.  800g/1.75lb for a generous 4 serve.

Ingredients - Pork, spices, Louisiana Sauce (Ketchup, tomatoes, dark brown sugar, cider vinegar unsulfured molasses, chipotle peppers, unsalted butter, spices, kosher salt, black pepper).

Instructions: From frozen, remove film from tray.  Cover with aluminum foil and place tray on a baking sheet in a 350F oven for 40-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.  From thaw, follow above instructions but reduce reheating time to 20 minutes.
