Quinoa Lentil Power Bowl with Tahini Lemon Dressing


Packed full of protein our Quinoa Lentil Power Bowl will have you loving packed lunches again!  A quinoa and lentil salad is topped with roasted butternut squash, roasted carrots and steamed broccoli then finished with a drizzle of Tahini Lemon Dressing.  Thaw and enjoy cold or reheat quickly in the microwave.  Filling, delicious, nutritious and easy!  Also try out new Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl.

Portion:  1 serve | 600 g

Ingredients:  Quinoa, green lentils, butternut squash, carrots, broccoli, Tahini Lemon Dressing (tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup garlic powder, water, salt, pepper), green onions

Heating Instructions:  Thaw in refrigerator overnight (will keep in refrigerator for 3 days).  Remove film from tray and reheat in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring half way through.  Reheat for additional 1 minute if not heated through.

Serving Tips:  Makes a great take to work lunch or dinner for 1!
