Quinoa Lentil Power Bowl with Tahini Lemon Dressing

A quinoa and lentil salad is topped with roasted butternut squash, roasted carrots and steamed broccoli then finished with a drizzle of Tahini Lemon Dressing. Ingredients: Quinoa, green lentils, butternut squash, carrots, broccoli, Tahini Lemon Dressing (tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup garlic powder, water, salt, pepper), green onions
Heating Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight (will keep in refrigerator for 3 days). Remove film from tray and reheat in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring half way through. Reheat for additional 1 minute if not heated through.
