Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers - 2 pack


Red, Yellow & Orange Peppers stuffed with a quinoa, rice, black pepper and tomato filling and served on a bed of green kale.  Fully cooked and ready to reheat.  Makes a delicious vegan main or side dish.

Ingredients: bell pepper, kale, quinoa, rice, black beans, tomato, butternut squash, onion,  spices, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions:  From frozen, remove film from tray and place on a baking sheet.  Reheat in a preheated 350F oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serving Tips:  Serve as a main dish with another one of our great sides or as a side dish with Baked Chicken Enchiladas, Mac and Cheese or Bacon Wrapped Mediterranean Chicken.
