Tart young Rhubarb is the perfect spring fruit especially baked into a crumble.  We make ours with a hint of cinnamon and topped with a gluten free crunchy brown sugar and oats crumble. Fully baked and ready to reheat from thaw. Delicious served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream!

Ingredients:  Rhubarb, sugar, gluten free flour, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, Topping (gluten free oats, butter, gluten free flour, brown sugar, salt)

Reheating Instructions: Crumble is fully baked.  Best to thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Remove lid and enjoy cold OR cover with aluminum foil and reheat in a 350F oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.

Serving Tips:  Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
