Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples & Bacon

A perfect accompaniment to your Thanksgiving meal.  We roast brussels sprouts with apples, bacon, herbs and balsamic vinegar bringing a savoury and sweet taste to this dish.  Fully cooked and ready to reheat from thaw.

Portion:  325g Serves 2-3  |  650g Serves 4-5

Ingredients: brussels sprouts, apple, bacon, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight.  Remove film from tray, tent with aluminum foil and place on a baking tray.  Reheat in a 350F oven for 20-30minutes, or until hot, stirring occasionally.

Do not exceed oven temperatures of 400F | 200C

Serving Tip:  To get a crispier roast, pour brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in one layer and roast as per above.
