A perfect fall/winter side dish. We roast brussels sprouts with apples, pears herbs and balsamic vinegar bringing a savoury and sweet taste to this dish. Fully cooked and ready to reheat from thaw.
Portion: 600g (serves 4) | 300g (serves 2)

Ingredients: brussels sprouts, apple, pear, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt, pepper
Heating Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove film from tray and place on a baking tray. Reheat in a 350F oven for 10-20 minutes, or until hot, stirring occasionally.
Do not exceed oven temperatures of 400F | 200C
Serving Tip: To get a crispier roast, pour brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in one layer and roast as per above. Serve with any one of our mains like Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts, Macaroni & Cheese, or Chicken Parmigiana.
