Sausage, Apple & Cranberry Stuffing


Savoury and sweet hits the mark with this Thanksgiving Stuffing.  Fully baked and ready to reheat from thaw.  Great option to reheat while your turkey, beef or ham is resting.  We use slightly spicy chorizo pork sausage, sweet dried cranberries, tart granny smith apples and crusty french bread to make the perfect combination your whole family will love!  Make sure to buy extra for leftovers the next day!

Portions:  1kg | Feeds 4-6   and 550g |  Feeds 2-3

Ingredients:  Chorizo sausage, french bread, granny smith apple, chicken stock, onion, dried cranberries, parsley, seasonings, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions:  Fully baked.  Best to thaw in refrigerator 48 hours prior to baking.  Remove lid, tent with foil and reheat in a preheated 375F oven for 20-35 minutes or until heat through.  Option to drizzle 250m chicken stock over stuffing while reheating to keep moist.
