Sausage Apricot & Apple Stuffing

Savoury pork sausage stuffing with apricots and apples is so good on it's own, you might not even want the turkey!  But in case you do we pack our stuffing in 1kg which is enough to stuff a large turkey or bake separately.  Need a gluten free stuffing - we have that as well! 

Portions:  1kg | Feeds 4-6 

Dietaries:  Contains gluten

Ingredients:  pork sausage, whole-wheat bread, onion, celery, apricot, apple, milk, parsley, seasonings, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions:  Best to thaw in refrigerator 48 hours prior to baking.  Remove lid and bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35-50 minutes or until no longer pink inside.  Pour off any excess liquid after cooking and before serving.

Option to Stuff Turkey - Just prior to roasting your turkey, stuff the bird cavity and neck cavity with stuffing.  Roast turkey according to instructions.
