Smoked Trout Frittata


This frittata (crustless quiche) gets an added flavour boost with local Ontario Smoked Trout and caramelized onions making it a big hit for weekend brunches or weeknight dinners.

Portion:  800g (9" round) | 4 slice

Dietaries:  Gluten Free

Ingredients:  eggs, smoked trout, milk, potato, cream cheese, feta cheese, onion, dill, red pepper, spices, salt, pepper

Heating Instructions:  Frittata is fully cooked.  From frozen, remove lid and tent with foil.  Place in a preheated 350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.  From thaw - follow above instructions but reduce reheating time to 15 minutes.

Serving Tips:  Add a side of Sautéed Carrots and Baby Potatoes with Pesto for a complete meal.
