Ingredients: Turkey breast, chicken stock, red kidney beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, black beans, corn peas, red pepper, carrots, onion, garlic, jalapeno, spices, salt, pepper
Heating Instructions: Chili is fully cooked. Remove container from freezer and thaw in refrigerator over night. Empty contents into a medium pot and reheat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through, about 10 minutes. OR From frozen, run hot water around outside of container to loosen contents. Empty contents into a medium pot and reheat slowly over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through, about 15-20 minutes
