A classic creamy, pudding like baked vanilla custard with a topping of caramelized melted sugar. These individual Vanilla Creme Brulee come packaged in their own porcelain ramekin cups making them the perfect presentation ready dessert! Once thawed they can be kept in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
Ingredients: 35% Cream (cream, milk, microcrystalline cellulose, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan, polysorbate 80), egg yolks, sugar, white eggs, xanthan gum, carrageenan, dextrose, guar gum, locust bean gum, vanilla.
Instructions: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Remove wrapping and enjoy as is or preheat oven broiler. Place brulee on baking tray and place under broiler for 1-3 minutes or until topping is bubbly. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn!
Serving Tips: Dust with icing sugar and serve with a few fresh berries on the top or chocolate shavings for that home made look.
