Cauliflower Coconut Chickpea Curry
One of our most popular dishes, this Vegan and Gluten Free curry is a thick and rich loaded with cauliflower and chickpeas. Mildly spiced and perfect for the family. Enjoy on it's own, over rice or with naan bread. Fully cooked and ready to reheat from frozen.

Ingredients - cauliflower, tomato, chickpea, spinach, coconut milk, onion, garlic, ginger, spices, canola oil, salt, pepper
Heating Instructions - Curry is fully cooked. From frozen, run hot water around outside of pouch to loosen contents. Empty into a medium pot and reheat on low heat, stirring frequently, for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. From thaw - follow above instructions but reduce reheating time to 10 minutes.
Serving Tips: Curry is delicious on it's own but even more delish on a bed of Basmati Rice.
