A vegan version of our popular Baked Chicken Enchiladas.
7" whole-wheat tortillas are stuffed with black beans and roasted vegetables then topped with our homemade enchilada sauce and vegan cheese. Savoury and delicious - you won't miss the meat or dairy!

Ingredients - Filling: black beans, cauliflower, kale, butternut squash, red pepper, chipotle pepper, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, spices, salt, pepper.
Enchilada Sauce: tomato passata, water, onion, garlic, jalapeno, canola oil, spices, sugar, adobe sauce
Whole wheat tortilla (whole wheat flour, water, canola oil, baking powder, (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, potassium sorbate, mono and glycerides, sodium propionate, fumaric acid, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, cellulose gum, corn maltodextrin, carrageenan and xanthan gum)
Daiya Dairy Free Cheese - Filtered water, Tapioca starch, Expeller pressed: canola and/or safflower oil, Coconut oil, Vegan natural flavours, Pea protein, Salt, Inactive yeast, Xanthan gum, Lactic acid (vegan), Titanium dioxide (colour), Yeast extract.
Heating Instructions- From frozen, remove film from tray and tent with aluminum foil. Place tray on a baking sheet and reheat in a preheated 350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
Serving Tips: Serve with a side of Basmati Rice and/or green salad.
