Vegan Macaroni & Cheese


Our vegan Macaroni & Cheese gets it's signature "cheesy" flavour from a combination of nutritional yeast, raw cashews and sweet potatoes.

Ingredients:  Elbow macaroni, sweet potato, yukon gold potato, raw cashews, olive oil, water, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion, powder, salt pepper.  Bread crumb topping - bread crumbs, seasoning, vegan becel

Heating Instructions:  From frozen, remove film from tray and place on a baking sheet.  Bake in a 350F oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until heated through.  From thaw - follow above instructions but reduce baking time to 15-20 minutes.

Serving Tips:  Goes great with a side of Roast Brussels Sprouts with Apples & Pears or Sauteed Carrots.
