Vegan Shepherd's Pie
A vegan-friendly twist on the classic Shepherd’s Pie with hearty lentils, mushrooms and vegetables topped with decadent mashed potatoes.

Ingredients: yukon gold potato mash (potato, vegan butter, olive oil, chives, salt, pepper), green lentils, mushrooms, carrots, onion, vegetable broth, peas, flour, olive oil, soy sauce, spices, salt, pepper
Heating Instructions:
From frozen: Remove film from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375°F/191°C oven for 75 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
From defrosted: Remove film from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375°F/191°C oven for 30-45 minutes on the center rack or until heated through.
Do not exceed oven temperatures of 400°F/200°C
Serving Tips: To keep it vegan pair with a green salad or side of steamed greens.
